Isokan Omo Yoruba Association is an association that serves as an umbrella body to all the Yoruba originated students from the following states and units

4) OSUN STATE
5) EKITI STATE
6) LAGOS (EKO) STATE
AND UNITS
1) IGBOMINA/EKITI (KWARA STATE)
2) OKUN (KOGI STATE)
3) OFFA/OYUN (KWARA STATE)
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
v to promote and preserve Yoruba cultural heritage
v To serve as a unified body among the Yoruba students
v To provide a forum for assistance for members (such as on academic progress, financial aid, carrier talk etc)
v To foastal cordial relationship between the association and the polytechnic authority
The ruling council is made up of the Aare as the head, nine states and units Presidents as Vice Presidents to Aare also known as the “Oyo mesis” and other cabinet members which are evenly distributed among the states and units.

I am writing my degree thesis on Yoruba in the web today, how they represent themselves through their websites. I am doing this for the websites which I was able to find for Nigeria, Canada, USA, Brasil, UK.

5) Do you consider it a good mean to keep a link among all the Yoruba in your Country?
6) Do you think the website reflects the actual situation and usages and customs in your Country?

8) Which are the peculiarities of Yoruba people in your country in contrast with Yoruba people in Africa?
